…No, this isn’t a joke - and there’s no punch-line. Fair Commissions stands by its buyers, getting all relevant commissions from sellers. The seller’s brokerage pays us for our hard work in bringing you into the deal. Usually, this commission sits at 3.5% of the first $100,000 and 1.5% of the balance of the sale price, which we proudly share with our buyers to thank you for your trust and loyalty!
To sweeten the deal, we’ll pay you 50% of the commission should you purchase your home within your first 10 showings. The higher the number of showings, the lower the percentage, 20 showings = 25% commissions. 20+ showings = 10%.

As an example, we will pay you $4,500 if you purchase a property priced at $500,000 within your first 10 showings.
